Although our offices are closed, Child Care Assistance staff are still working from remote locations to serve you. Please login to the CCA Customer Portal to submit service requests. If you do not already have an account, you will to go to this same website to register before you can submit a service request.

Turning in Paperwork [UPDATED March 30, 2020]

If you need to turn in paperwork, please fax it to 214-688-4436. Be sure to include your name and TWIST ID.

NEW Option for submitting paperwork: We have added a new feature to the CCA Customer Portal to allow you to turn in paperwork. After logging in, you will see a Documents Upload link in the left-hand navigation menu. Click here to download a QuickStart Guide.

Early Head Start & Head Start

All ChildCareGroup Early Head Start and Head Start centers and classrooms are currently closed, until further notice. Staff are working to serve children and families remotely.

All home visits are being conducted virtually.
