Although our offices are closed, Child Care Assistance staff are still working from remote locations to serve you. Please login to the CCA Customer Portal to submit service requests. If you do not already have an account, you will to go to this same website to register before you can submit a service request.

Turning in Paperwork [UPDATED June 2, 2020]

If you need to turn in paperwork, you have a couple of options for doing so:

Via Fax

Fax your paperwork to 214-688-4436. Be sure to include your name and Customer (TWIST) ID. If you are unsure of your Customer ID, click here to submit a request to retrieve this information.

Via the CCA Customer Portal

Log in to the CCA Customer Portal, then click the Upload Documents link in the left-hand navigation menu to submit your paperwork. Click here to download a QuickStart Guide.

OPEN Child Care Facilities [UPDATED June 2, 2020]

You may click here to search for open CCA child care providers by visiting the State of Texas Frontline Child Care website. Please note that while this list is generally kept updated, this is a very fluid situation, so we recommend that you call a facility before you go.

Early Head Start & Head Start

All ChildCareGroup Early Head Start and Head Start centers and classrooms are currently closed, until further notice. Staff are working to serve children and families remotely.

All home visits are being conducted virtually.
